We are excited to announce that we shall be hosting Amano’s first wine dinner on Thursday 5th December.
With a colourful history that spans twenty-six generations and can be traced back to 1385, when Giovanni di Piero Antinori joined the Florentine Winemakers Guild, the Antinori Estate in Tuscany is one of the biggest names in Italian wine making. Today the Antinori Estate has vineyards and wineries in across Italy and their wines are highly regarded across the world.
Back in West Malling, our wine dinner will be hosted by Luca from Berkmann Wines, who will be sharing his in-depth knowledge and passion for wine as you dine, alongside the fascinating history of the Antinori family, their vineyards and grapes and, of course, the delicious wines that you shall be enjoying with your food.
Our Head Chef Francesco Marcella will be designing and presenting a special five-course menu for the evening, which will be served in our beautiful orangery and will feature Italian specialities. Each course will be perfectly matched with a wine. The menu will be announced shortly.
Places are limited and so booking is essential. Click here to book your place at our Italian wine dinner. Tickets are priced at £70 per head and the evening starts at 7pm with an arrival glass of sparkling wine and canapes.
