Press Coverage in August and September

Having been open a couple of months now, word is starting to spread about Amano Restaurant & Rooms.
Describing Amano as ‘an enclave of the land of pasta and gelato’ we were featured in The Guardian’s British Boltholes series. Liz Boulter complimented the ‘zingy antipasti,’ and the flavourful risi e bisi, whilst declaring the tagliolini ‘the star’.

Describing the fritto misto as ‘outstandingly light and bubbly’, the pasta as ‘terrific’ and ‘beautifully done’, we appeared in The Telegraph. Our desserts also received praise, with the torta della nonna described as ‘sumptuously tart and elegant’ and the tiramisu as ‘lovely’.
