Dive Into Puglia – 16th April 2020

Puglia, the heel of Italy’s iconic ‘boot’ is the next exciting stop on our culinary tour of Italy. The birthplace of many unique Italian foods including burrata cheese and orecchiette pasta, it is also known for producing more olive oil than any other region in Italy.

Head Chef Bernardo Capasso has put together a special menu which shows off his favourite dishes from the region with each course served with a perfectly paired wine which will compliment your dish.

The Amano Puglia Dinner shall take place on Thursday 16th April at our restaurant on Swan Street in West Malling, with tables available from 7pm. Places are limited and so booking is essential and tickets are priced at £60 per head.

Amano is an Italian restaurant in the bustling market town of West Malling, near Kings Hill and Maidstone, specialising in authentic Italian dishes and serving homemade pasta, pizzas, traditional plates and desserts using ingredients that are sourced both locally and from Italy. At the weekend Amano serves brunch with an Italian twist and upstairs is a boutique hotel with four luxury bedrooms.
